A big congratulations to the winner and top 3 from our last challenge at Hooked On Craft Challenges! All the entries were fantastic. Now we are onto out next challenge and this month the theme is 'flowers'. My card is a birthday card featuring one of the gorgeous girls from Saturated Canary and she is called Queen Of Hearts. All my flowers and berry stamens (how gorgoeus are the berry stamens??!!!!??) are from Hooked On Craft. Normally I use Copics but I thought I would have a play with watercolours! I cut out the base of my card with my Cricut and I cut the circular papers out with Spellbinders. My sentiment is from Just Rite Stamps. I finished my card with some feathers, bling and stickles glitter glue!

I have coloured her with copics and added some glossy accents to the pretty flowers on her teacup. I have used a Martha Steward border punch around the outside of my card and Magnolia Doohickey dies for my swirl, butterfly, and my doily flowers. My sentiment in the corner (sorry it is hard to read my sentiment!) is from Just Rite Stamps.

I have coloured him with copics and added some glossy accents to the cute little duck. Easter Tags!

I hope everyone is having a very happy Easter break! I was feeling creative so I decided to make some Easter tags for some friends. I used my Cricut for this project. The bunny, flower, carrot and "friends" are from 'create a critter' cartridge and the Easter basket with easter eggs is cut out using 'doodlecharms' cartridge. The tag itself is cut out using 'tags, bags, boxes and more' cartridge. I embossed the tag using my cuttlebug and then lightly sanded back the embossed dots. My cute little bows are from Hooked On Craft. I finished my tags off with a bunch of different ribbons at the top.

I am entering my Easter tags into the following challenges:
- Fantabulous Cricut. Challenge #105; egg-ceptional Easter
- Cooking With Cricut. Challenge #80; Easter
- Creative Cutter Room. Easter or a bunny
- Dilly Beans. Easter

Swing And Swirls!

A big congratulations to our winners of our last challenge at Bizzy Becs Challenges! There were lots of amazing entries; you are all very inspiring. Our challenge for April is 'texture'. For my card I have used one of the gorgeous stamps from Gorjuss Girls and she is called 'Ruby'. I have coloured her with copics. Bizzy Becs has a great range of these stamps and I just adore them (I am guilty of owning a lot of them!). My oval shaped papers behind my stamp were cut out using Spellbinder dies (how handy are Spellbinders?). My texture on my card is a beautiful thick ribbon with folds of material and lace in the middle and cute little hearts on the edges.

Please join us at Bizzy Becs Challenges for our texture challenge!
